Important Delivery Information
This table is a guide to delivery costs. All delivery costs are based on weight and are calculated at checkout. Some heavier or larger orders may incur extra delivery costs. If this is the case you will be contacted and asked whether you would like to pay the additional costs or cancel your order. If you are unsure or have any questions about this please contact us before you place your order.
All international deliveries usually take about 7-10 working days, although unexpected delays can sometimes happen. If you have requested a signed copy delivery may take up to 4 weeks depending on Michael’s schedule.
Any returned items will be refunded. You will be notified as soon as the refund has been processed. If would like an exchange, you will need to place a new order.
Please Note: If your country is not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote.
EU Customs Costs
Since the UK left the EU, all of our EU orders are sent out DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which means your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when your delivery reaches its destination. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you the amount you will have to pay.
Any import duties that need paying at the delivery destination, are not included in the price of our products or delivery costs and will be payable by you. Any import duty or tax costs will be invoiced directly to you from the courier. Before placing your order we advise you to contact your local customs authority to determine any duty costs that might be payable once your order has reached it’s destination.
New EU Charges From 1st July 2026
From 1st July 2026 the EU is ending its duty-free threshold for low-value parcels. A flat customs duty of €3 will be applied to every item you purchase. This will be in addition to any other import taxes you may have to pay. The EU describes the measure as temporary, ahead of broader EU customs reform.
How much will I have to pay?
A €3 per item customs duty will apply to all parcels valued under €150 entering the EU.
A mixed-product order with 3 item types carries €9 in duty.
Further changes are expected November 2026, including potential additional handling fees.
Will I get charged €3 per book/DVD?
If you order 3 Different books/DVDs, because they are different unique items, the €3 charge applies to each book/DVD, meaning a €9 customs fee on the books/DVDs.
If your 3 books/DVDs are exactly identical (the same title and edition), it will be treated as one item type and you will only be charged €3 total for the books or DVDs.
Additional Fees: Depending on your destination country and courier, you may also be subject to domestic handling or courier processing fees (e.g., an Post charges a €6.95 admin fee in Ireland).
VAT: You may also need to pay local country VAT, though many EU countries apply a 0% VAT rate to physical books.
Is the new charge separate from the import duties and taxes I already pay?
Yes, the €3 charge is completely separate from VAT and delivery fees. It is an additional flat-rate customs duty applied to items valued at €150 or less.
How do I pay?
Your delivery service will contact you requesting payment before your parcel is delivered.
Deliveries to Norway: If you are ordering from Norway, and the weight of your order is over 2kg, you may be asked for your PID number, and there may be an extra postage charge to pay.
