Customs & VAT
All our products are inclusive of UK VAT. The price published is applicable worldwide.
Products delivered to some destinations, especially outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, due to local legislation. Any additional charges incurred, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges will have to be paid by the recipient of the goods.
If you are ordering products to be delivered somewhere else please make sure that the recipient is aware and that they will be responsible for paying any extra. We are sorry but we have no control over these charges, so we’re unable to offer any assistance on these processes. Please check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
If your country is not listed please contact us.
Deliveries to Norway: If you are ordering from Norway, and the weight of your order is over 2kg, you may be asked for your PID number, and there may be an extra postage charge to pay.
EU Customs Costs
Since the UK left the EU, all of our EU orders are sent out DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which means your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when your delivery reaches its destination. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you the amount you will have to pay.
Any import duties that need paying at the delivery destination, are not included in the price of our products or delivery costs and will be payable by you. Any import duty or tax costs will be invoiced directly to you from the courier. Before placing your order we advise you to contact your local customs authority to determine any duty costs that might be payable once your order has reached it’s destination.
