I feel very proud of what’s been achieved by our wonderful speech therapists at The Michael Palin Centre, supported by the National Health Service. One of the successes is Nafisat Ibrahim, who has learned how to speak fluently thanks to the work of the Centre. My father stammered and I just wish he had been able to access the treatment from which Nafisat benefitted. It would have changed his life, as it changed hers. 

So, thank you NHS and the Michael Palin Stammering Centre for that, and a day at Rankin’s studio was the icing on the cake!
